Olshan Names New Partners to Corporate and Bankruptcy Groups and Of Counsel to Corporate Group
NEW YORK, January 2, 2013 - As noted in the New York Law Journal and Crain's, Olshan announced today that Elizabeth R. Gonzalez and Jordanna L. Nadritch have been named partners, and Jonathan H. Deblinger has been named Of Counsel at the firm.

Elizabeth R. Gonzalez (33) has become a partner in the Corporate Group and regularly assists both public and privately-held companies in capital raising transactions, tender and exchange offers, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities law matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance. Ms. Gonzalez also represents and provides strategic guidance to hedge funds and other investors in proxy contests and other shareholder activist situations and works closely with the firm's Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Group in connection with the purchase and sale of assets in financially distressed and bankrupt companies.
Jordanna L. Nadritch (34) has become a partner in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Group and regularly represents creditors, debtors, investors, and other parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings, including restructured lending, distressed sale and reorganization transactions, debtor-in-possession financings, and related matters. Ms. Nadritch has substantial experience in both out-of-court and in-court restructuring matters. She has represented official and unofficial creditors' committees and has also represented equity committees, including the official equity committee of Calpine Corporation, and numerous significant creditors or third-party purchasers in a variety of restructuring matters. Most recently, Ms. Nadritch has represented Jennifer Convertibles, Inc. and BP Clothing LLC is their successful reorganizations under Chapter 11, as well as Scerene Healthcare, Inc. in connection with an out-of court wind-down plan of its operations and liquidation of its assets.
Jonathan H. Deblinger (35) has become of counsel in the Corporate Group and represents both publicly traded and privately held companies across industries, including representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions with operating companies and private equity firms and various debt and equity financings. Mr. Deblinger also assists public companies with listing compliance for various stock exchanges and the preparation and filing of 1933 Act registration statements, including those related to rights, secondary, and registered direct offerings and 1934 Act reports and registration statements. He advises clients on PIPE transactions and tender offers and related issues and counsels hedge funds, venture capital funds and other startup companies in general business matters, including formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance.
