Olshan Attorneys Recognized
NEW YORK, September 20, 2011 -- Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP today announced that 16 of the firm’s attorneys have been named to the Super Lawyers® list for 2011. In addition, Eric L. Goldberg was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the field of Real Estate Law and Allen R. Wolff was recently selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.

Salkin, Samuel P. Ross, Andrew B. Lustigman, Sheldon S. Lustigman, Hyman Kindler, Thomas D. Kearns, Aliza F. Herzberg, Steven R. Gursky, Eric L. Goldberg, Warren R. Gleicher, Adam H. Friedman, Thomas J. Fleming and Kyle C. Bisceglie. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business. The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice areas. Robert L. Frome, Victor M. Rosenzweig, Michael S. Fox and Mitchell B. Stern have also been regularly selected as Super Lawyers over the past few years.
Elizabeth R. Gonzalez has been named to the Super Lawyers New York Rising Stars list as one of the top attorneys in New York for 2011 who are 40 years of age or less. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected for inclusion in the list.
Eric L. Goldberg was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the field of Real Estate Law (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 41,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.9 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas.
Allen R. Wolff was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. The LCA is a national honorary society that accepts less than one-half of one percent of all attorneys as Fellows. Fellowship selection is by invitation only and is based on proven effectiveness and accomplishment in trial and appellate practice, as well as a superior ethical reputation. Mr. Wolff became a Fellow in 2011.
