Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman Quoted in Bloomberg on 2021 Activist Adviser Rankings

Olshan partner Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman was recently quoted in a Bloomberg article that evaluated the data in Bloomberg’s Activism Advisory League Tables where Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice again ranked #1, advising on 119 activist campaigns worth $16.3 billion for 2021. Elizabeth discussed the increased workload following the new year by stating, “Olshan is extremely busy this month after COVID-19 gave companies a break from activists.” She continued, “I think that things have settled and true performance is showing their colors…so, it makes some issuers a little bit more vulnerable.”
