Wolosky Participates in Harvard Roundtable on Shareholder Engagement on June 16–17, 2015

On June 16-17, 2015, Olshan Activist & Equity Investment Chair Steve Wolosky participated in the Harvard Roundtable on Shareholder Engagement. The well-known event brings together prominent participants with a wide range of perspectives on corporate governance, including issuers, institutional investors, directors, advisers, public officials, and academics, for a roundtable discussion. This session the roundtable focused on shareholder engagement with issuers and discussed current debates on shareholder activism, engagements with respect to activist interventions and lessons learned from the 2015 proxy season thus far.
