Olshan Activist client VIEX Capital Advisors announced the preliminary results regarding their proxy solicitation at Support.com Inc.’s 2016 Annual Meeting. Based on the preliminary calculation, Support.com  shareholders overwhelmingly elected five directors nominated by VIEX – Richard Bloom, Brian J.
