Alexander Ferrini Acts as U.S. Construction Counsel for the United Arab Emirates’ Permanent Mission to the UN Building

The Gulf Daily News, an English-language newspaper published in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently reported on the groundbreaking ceremony of the United Arab Emirates’ new building for Permanent Mission of the UAE to the United Nations in New York. As construction commences, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the UAE, asserted that “As an active member of the United Nations since 1971, the UAE remains committed to playing a role in shaping and developing successful solutions to global and regional issues in cooperation with partners in the United Nations.” Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini is acting as U.S. construction counsel to the UAE on this project, while Olshan client Fisher Brothers is acting as developer for the UAE.
