Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI)(TSX:CIG) and FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ and TSX: FSV) today announced the completion of their separation into two independent, publicly traded companies. The spin-off establishes Colliers as one of the leading publicly traded commercial real estate firms in the world and FirstService as North America's largest residential property manager through FirstService Residential and one of the leading outsourced residential and commercial property service providers through FirstService Brands.
