Olshan Client Tory Burch Expands Flatiron Office/Showroom

The New York Post reported that sportswear designer Tory Burch has leased additional office and showroom space at 11 West 19th Street in the Flatiron district. The designer inked a new sublease with marketing firm, Epsilon Data Management, which will be followed by a long-term direct lease with building owner, Bob Savitt. As a result of these coordinated transactions, Tory Burch’s presence at 11 West 19th Street will increase to more than 130,000 square feet, which will make Burch the largest tenant in the building.
