Thomas Kearns Represents Kaufman Astoria Studios in Apple TV+ Lease

The Real Deal, Commercial Observer and other media sources reported that Apple has leased approximately 90,000 square feet of space at ONstage, the newest soundstage and production facility at Kaufman Astoria Studios, for its streaming serving Apple TV+.  Apple will have spaces for productions, offices, editing facilities, dressing rooms with bathrooms, costume areas, pantries and lounges. The deal is one of the largest leases in Queens for 2020. Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns represented Kaufman Astoria in the office lease and stage license with Apple.
