Olshan Client TCS Capital Wins Board Seats in Angie’s List Settlement

The Wall Street Journal, The Street, and other media sources have reported on an agreement between Olshan client TCS Capital and Angie’s List.  Under the agreement, Eric Semler of TCS Capital and two media and technology industry veterans, George Bell and Tom Evans, were appointed to the Board and 10-year board member John Biddinger retired.  TCS and Eric Semler had been publicly pushing for months for board representation and for Angie’s List to review strategic alternatives. Steve Wolosky, Andrew Freedman and Meagan Reda represent TCS Capital in connection with its investment in Angie’s List.
