Client Sydell Group Reveals Updated Development Plans for Hoxton Hotel in Williamsburg

New York YIMBY reported on the updated plans for the Hoxton Hotel at 97 Wythe Avenue in northern Williamsburg, which is being developed by Olshan client Sydell Group. The renderings illustrate change in the façade in the 59,910 square-foot building which will include a restaurant on the terraced second floor and roof. Alexander Ferrini represents Sydell Group in connection with the design and construction contracts for the development.
