Olshan Represents Ground Lessor in 1.4 Million Sq. Ft. Development on the Far West Side
An article by The Real Deal reported that the partnership of Eliot Spitzer and the Related Companies intends to construct a 1.4 million sq. ft. apartment-and-office development on the far West Side, in two phases: the first phase would be a 415,000 square foot building with 400 apartments and about 75,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space; the second phase would be an approximately 950,000 square foot office building. Olshan attorneys Steven Gursky, Thomas Kearns and Hyman Kindler represent the ground lessor of a portion of the development site in the negotiation of an amendment to the ground lease, which amendment included provisions for allowing incorporation of additional air rights.
