Olshan Client’s SoHo Development Featured in New York Times

Firm News

The New York Times posted a story about new residential development on SoHo’s western edge, featuring the uniquely shaped 10 Sullivan Street, which is being developed by Olshan clients Madison Equities and Property Markets Group (PMG). Currently under construction and scheduled to be completed in late 2015, 10 Sullivan resembles the Flatiron Building and is poised to become one of the tallest buildings in SoHo. The building will house 21 condos, townhouses with 2,600 square feet of retail on the tower’s lower floors. Thomas Kearns, Eric Goldberg, Hyman Kindler and Alexander Ferrini represented Madison and PMG in the acquisition, joint venture and construction loan. The Commercial Observer and the New York Post have also tracked the project as it has developed.
