Snow Park Reaches Agreement with Front Yard Residential for Board Representation and Strategic Review Process

Various media sources reported on an agreement reached between Olshan client Snow Park Capital Partners and Front Yard Residential Corporation. Pursuant to the agreement, Front Yard agreed to appoint two new independent directors, Leland Abrams and Lazar Nikolic, to its Board of Directors and to accept the resignation of an incumbent director. Front Yard also agreed to establish a Strategic Review Committee, which will include one of the newly-appointed directors, and to commence a process to review strategic alternatives available to the company. Steve Wolosky, Ryan Nebel and Ian Engoron represent Snow Park in connection with its investment in Front Yard Residential Corporation.
