Finance and other media sources reported that Bourn & Koch, Inc., a portfolio company of Olshan client Alleghany Capital Corporation, acquired Diamond Technology Innovations, Inc., a leading manufacturer of waterjet orifices and nozzles as well as related products headquartered in Olympia, WA.
