Shareholder Group Led by Clients FrontFour Capital and Quinpario Partners Enter into Agreement Relating to 2014 Annual Meeting of Ferro Corporation

On February 24, 2014, a shareholder group led by Olshan clients FrontFour Capital and Quinpario Partners entered into an agreement with Ferro Corporation in connection with corporate governance enhancements and other matters related to the 2014 Annual Meeting. The Olshan team representing FrontFour Capital and Quinpario Partners included Steve Wolosky, Ron Berenblat and Meagan Reda.
