Olshan Client SQN Investors LP Makes Headlines After Seeking Board Overhaul at Yelp

The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNBC and other media outlets reported that Olshan client, SQN Investors LP, one of Yelp’s largest stockholders, had sent a letter to the Board seeking a refreshed board to evaluate Yelp’s strategy and consider whether it should sell itself, among other things. Steve Wolosky, Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman and Ian Engoron represent SQN Investors in connection with its investment in Yelp Inc.
