Ross Leads Client in Development Ground Lease with Times Square Hotel CitizenM

The New York Times recently highlighted CitizenM hotel, which operates six locations in Europe, on its first United States site in Times Square, located between Broadway and Eighth Avenue on West 50th Street.  The hotel is a cross between a style-conscious boutique and a pod hotel that is equally attractive to business travelers and tourists. Olshan Real Estate partner Samuel Ross represented the ground lessor in the ground lease to the developer that converted the garage building into the hotel.
