Roket Represents JEMB in Forest City Partnership for Brooklyn Office Development

The Real Deal, Law360 and GlobeSt.com reported that Forest City Ratner is partnering with Olshan client JEMB Realty Corporation in developing a 500,000-square-foot office tower located in Downtown Brooklyn.  The property located at 420 Albee Square and known as One Willoughby Square was purchased by JEMB Realty in 2014 for $38.4 million and originally scheduled for a residential development. One Willoughby Square is slated to “celebrate the workplace of the future” and is the first ground-up office tower built in Brooklyn since the 1980s.  Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket  represented JEMB in the development agreement with Forest City Ratner.
