Reuters and Yahoo Finance reported on the certified results of Rockwell Medical, Inc.’s 2017 annual meeting, where Olshan client Richmond Brothers received overwhelming support from shareholders in its proxy campaign for change at Rockwell Medical. Not only was Richmond Brothers’ director nominee, Mark H. Ravich, resoundingly elected to the Board, shareholders emphatically voted down Rockwell’s executive compensation and proposed long term incentive plan in accordance with Richmond Brothers’ recommendations.
