Local and industry media sources reported on the agreement reached by Olshan client Red Alder with Noble Roman’s whereby Schuster Tanger of Red Alder was appointed to the Board of Noble Roman’s with a term expiring at the 2017 annual meeting. Steve Wolosky, Michael Neidell and Ryan Nebel represent Red Alder in connection with its investment in Noble Roman’s.
