Raging Capital Management Obtains Board Representation at A. M. Castle & Co.

On March 17, 2015, Olshan client Raging Capital Management obtained a total of three seats on the board of directors of A. M. Castle & Co. and the company’s agreement to re-nominate these directors at the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated agreement. A. M. Castle also formed a Finance Committee to review, evaluate and make recommendations to the Board regarding the company’s capital structure, working capital management, and other financial policies. The Olshan team representing Raging Capital included Steve Wolosky, Ron S. Berenblat and Meagan Reda.
