Bloomberg Covers RDG Capital’s Bid for a Director Representative at Internap

Bloomberg reported that Olshan activist client, RDG Capital confirmed it is formally seeking a directorship on the board of data-center operator, Internap Corp. RDG Capital’s Russell Glass is cited explaining that while the company agreed to consider Glass’s directorship at an August meeting of its nominations and governance committee, this is not fast enough and shareholders expect a greater sense of urgency.
