Kenneth Silverman to Serve as Panelist for Upcoming ESG Webinar for NYSBA Brazil Chapter

On November 9, 2021, Olshan Corporate partner Kenneth Silverman will be a panelist for the New York State Bar Association’s International Section – Brazil Chapter Webinar entitled “ESG: US and Brazilian Perspectives, Policies, and Politics.” This panel discussion will address the historical development of ESG-related concerns within the United States and Brazil, as well as considerations regarding the politicization of ESG.
