Olshan Closes 225,000 Square Foot Lease for PVH Corp. and Calvin Klein

Olshan client PVH Corp. was mentioned in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post and Law360 in connection with the recent renewal and expansion of its lease at 501 Seventh Avenue. 501 was the headquarters of The Warnaco Group, which was acquired by PVH in February of 2013. PVH, which now owns Warnaco, recast the existing lease, increasing its office space to approximately 225,000 square feet. Olshan represented PVH in the transaction.
