Olshan Client’s Landmark 5 Beekman Development Featured in The Real Deal

The Real Deal posted a story about the nearly $12 million penthouse located at 5 Beekman Street, which is currently under contract and in position to set a new residential sales record in the Financial District. Olshan client GFI Development handled the restoration of the landmarked 5 Beekman Street, long known as Temple Court and one of New York’s first “sky scrapers.”   The project involved the restoration of the historic building into a luxury hotel and conjoining a 51-story condominium.  Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini, who specializes in Construction Law, represented GFI in connection with the design and construction of the project.
