Olshan Client Nokomis Capital Reaches Agreement with Telenav, Inc. for Board Representation

Olshan client Nokomis Capital reached an agreement with Telenav, Inc., pursuant to which Telenav will appoint Wes Cummins to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.  The Board will re-nominate Mr. Cummins at the upcoming 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  Additionally, Nokomis and Telenav have arranged to jointly search for an additional independent director and if no such candidate is identified by January 2017 then Nokomis’ Brett Hendrickson will also join the Board.  Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent Nokomis Capital in connection with its investment in Telenav.
