Michael Fox Quoted in NJ.com on Jennifer Convertibles, Inc. Store Closures

Olshan Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Group Chairman Michael Fox was quoted in a NJ.com article on Jennifer Convertibles, Inc., which once operated 20 stores in the US and which Mr. Fox previously guided through a successful emergence from Chapter 11. Recently sold to a new owner, the retail company has permanently closed some of its stores, while its Paramus store remains the company’s only New Jersey location. The retailer’s stores, as well as its overseas factory, have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic. “You can’t operate a company or retail store without inventory,” Mr. Fox commented.
