Marcato Capital Management Obtains Board Representation at Rayonier Advanced Materials

On February 18, 2018, Olshan client Marcato Capital Management reached an agreement with Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. pursuant to which Matt Hepler, a Partner at Marcato, will be appointed to Rayonier’s board of directors as a Class III director with a term expiring at the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Marcato in connection with its investment in Rayonier Advanced Materials.
