Olshan Client Magnetic Construction Group Corp. Restores Historic Times Square Hotel

The Real Deal (from Luxury Listings NYC) featured the renovation of the Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square in a story highlighting the hotel’s returns to its original use as an luxurious hotel. The Knickerbocker, a Beaux-Arts gem at the corner of 42nd Street and Broadway, was built by John Jacob Astor IV.  The renovation, being performed by Olshan client Magnetic Construction Group Corp., will feature the restoration of many of the building’s historic details. Construction Law partner Alexander Ferrini is representing Magnetic in connection with the construction of the project.
