MIG Capital Reaches Agreement with Groupon

Yahoo Finance, The Deal (subscription required) and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client MIG Capital and Groupon pursuant to which Richard P. Merage, the Chief Executive Officer of MIG Capital, was appointed as an advisor to Groupon’s Board of Directors. Ryan Nebel represented MIG Capital in connection with its investment in Groupon.
