Activist Client Lone Star Value Announces Campaign to Upgrade the Board of Ciber, Inc.

Activist client Lone Star Value Management has launched a campaign seeking to upgrade the Board of Directors of Ciber, Inc. through the election of its three highly qualified nominees at the 2015 Annual Meeting. In a press release, Lone Star Value said while it has tremendous confidence in Ciber’s new CEO, it believes that Ciber is deeply undervalued due largely to failures of oversight by the current Board and poor corporate governance.
