Activist Client Lone Star Value Gains Board Representation at Dakota Plains

The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and other media sources reported that Olshan activist client, Lone Star Value Management, has gained representation on the Board of Directors of Dakota Plains Holding, a developer and owner of crude oil and related transloading facilities. Dakota Plains agreed to expand its Board from six to seven directors and to immediately appoint a Lone Star Value representative to fill the resulting vacancy.  Steve Wolosky, Aneliya Crawford and Ryan Nebel represent Lone Star Value Management in connection with its investment in Dakota Plains.
