Legion Partners Reaches Agreement with NN, Inc. for Board Representation and Governance Improvements

Olshan client Legion Partners Asset Management reached an agreement with NN, Inc. pursuant to which two independent directors, Jeri Harman and Janice Stipp, were appointed to NN’s Board, effective immediately. NN also agreed to submit a proposal to declassify its Board at the upcoming 2019 annual meeting. Steve Wolosky, Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman and Ryan Nebel represent Legion Partners in connection with its investment in NN.
