Olshan Clients Legion Partners and CalSTRS Nominate Two Directors and Submit Business Proposal for 2017 Annual Meeting

Olshan clients Legion Partners Asset Management, LLC and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System nominated two directors for election and submitted a business proposal to initiate the appropriate process to amend the company’s charter and bylaws to allow for a simple majority to amend the bylaws at the 2017 annual meeting of stockholders of the Banc of California, Inc., a bank holding company.  The Olshan team that advised Legion Partners and CalSTRS included Steve Wolosky and Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman.
