Olshan Client Landry's, Inc. Acquires B.R. Guest Restaurants

Olshan represented Landry’s, Inc. in its acquisition of B.R. Guest Holdings from an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group.  B.R. Guest owns and operates some of the most recognizable restaurants in New York City, including Atlantic Grill, Bill's Bar and Burger, Blue Water Grill, Dos Caminos, Isabella’s and Strip House.
