Olshan Activist Clients JCP Investment Mgt. and Lone Star Value Mgt. Succeed in Electing All Three Nominees to The Pantry’s Board

The Street, Reuters, News Observer, Veooz 360, CSPNet.com, KLTV and other local media outlets reported on the resounding victory of Concerned Pantry Shareholders (CPS) of three Board seats at The Pantry. The dissident group led by Olshan activist clients, JCP Investment Management and Lone Star Value Management, was successful in electing all three of its director candidates at the Pantry’s Annual Meeting with support by 6 to 1 margin for the election of two of its nominees and 4 to 1 margin for the election of its third nominee. Steve Wolosky, Ryan Nebel and Claudia Dubon represented the Concerned Pantry Shareholders in connection with their successful proxy contest at The Pantry.
