New Olshan client IZEA, Inc., an Orlando, Florida based social media sponsorship company, completed a $3,560,000 private placement of common stock and warrants on September 23, 2013, as indicated on Yahoo! Finance. A portion of the offering proceeds represented the conversion of outstanding bridge promissory notes.
