Gursky Represents Landlord in 99-Year Lease with Maddd

Crain’s and Law360 reported that the Hudson Yards area has seen several large development transactions recently, including the signing a 99-year lease by real estate investment firm Maddd Equities LLC for a site on the northwest corner of West 35th Street and 10th Avenue. Maddd plans to build a 415,000-square-foot tower as tall as 700 feet, that will include residential units on upper floors and perhaps hotel or office space on the lower floors. Olshan Partner Steve Gursky represented the Landlord in the ground lease with Maddd.
