The Real Deal Reports on Goldberg's Client Purchases on Lincoln Road

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client David Edelstein of Tristar Capital purchased two adjacent commercial buildings for $18.5 million on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road, adding to its already sizable portfolio. The sites, 918 Lincoln Road and 920 Lincoln Road, have 1,554 square feet and 1,258 square feet, respectively, for a total of 2,812 square feet. In addition the article mentions Edelstein pursuing plans to build a contemporary 15,789-square-foot, two-story tall retail building on land Tristar leases from the Miami Beach Community Church at the corner of Drexel Avenue and Lincoln Road. The property was acquired by Tristar with its joint venture partner, RFR Holding. Eric Goldberg regularly represents Edelstein and Tristar in all manners of real estate transactions.
