Olshan Client GFI Development Develops Landmark 5 Beekman

The New York Times featured the renovations and additions being made by GFI to the historic 5 Beekman Street, one of New York’s first “sky scrapers.” The project involves the restoration of the historic building into a boutique luxury hotel and the addition of a new 600 foot residential condo tower. Eric Goldberg and Hyman Kindler represented the Chetrit Group and Bonjour Capital in connection with their sale of the project to GFI, and Alexander Ferrini is currently representing GFI and its affiliates in connection with the design and construction of the project.
