Activist Client FrontFour Capital Launches Campaign to Seek Board Representation at OM Group

The Deal, CNN Money, The Street and other media outlets reported on the launch of a campaign by Olshan client, FrontFour Capital, seeking the election of its three highly-qualified director candidates to the Board of Directors of OM Group, a technology-driven industrial company. FrontFour initially reported a 5.8% stake in OM Group in early January and published an open letter laying out a detailed strategic plan to unlock significant value at OM Group under the leadership of a reconstituted Board. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent FrontFour Capital in connection with its activist campaign at OM Group.
