Client Fisher Brothers to Convert Murray Hill Garage into Residential Building

Firm News

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client Fisher Brothers plans to demolish the six-story former Hertz Garage at 222 East 40th Street in order to build a 36-story residential building, which will include 75 affordable units geared toward New Yorkers who earn about 60 percent of the median income in the area. The new tower is expected to open in 2017 and will include a fitness center, pool, yoga studio, lounges and 72 parking spaces. Alexander Ferrini is representing Fisher Brothers in connection with their design and construction agreements for the development.
