Olshan Client Fisher Brothers to Erect Tallest Residential Building in Lower Manhattan

The Real Deal reported that the skyscraper that Olshan client Fisher Brothers is erecting with the Witkoff Group will be the tallest residential building in Lower Manhattan. At 70-stories high, the building at 22 Thames Street is slated to be 960 feet tall, containing 359,130 square feet of space intended for both retail and rental units. Alexander Ferrini is representing Fisher Brothers in connection with the design and construction of the building.
