The 312,000-square-foot building will feature two ground-floor retail spaces spanning 4,000 and 1,000 feet, respectively, and will include 244 apartments with construction slated to begin this winter. The second article revealed Greenland Forest City Ratner Partners’ plans for a 26-story mixed-use residential tower that will house a 70,000-square-foot public school. The building, located at 37 Sixth Avenue, will include 323 units across 274,000 square feet of residential space. The property’s most notable feature is a 616-seat public school that will be located between the first and fifth floors.
