On October 7, 2016, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and other media outlets reported that Brendan Springstubb, Senior Analyst of Olshan client Engaged Capital, was appointed to the board of directors of SunOpta Inc. to fill the vacancy created following the resignation of an incumbent director. Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent Engaged Capital in connection with its investment in SunOpta Inc.
