Olshan Represents EcoRise in New Williamsburg Project

The Real Deal and New York YIMBY reported on the design of the new seven-story apartment building at 305 Union Avenue in Williamsburg known as EcoRise Union Avenue. Garrison Architects’ approach will be modern, dominated by glass and metal and softened by balcony trellises for climbing plants. At the conclusion of construction, which has yet to commence, the building will contain approximately 17 large units, 10 parking spaces and bicycle parking. Real Estate Partner Thomas Kearns and Corporate Partner Yehuda Markovits represent EcoRise in its LLC agreement with its partners in the project.
