Olshan Represents Two Retail Tenants Named on Costar’s List of Top Manhattan Retail Leases for 2017

Crain’s New York recently reported on the biggest Manhattan retail lease transactions in the second half of 2017, ranked by square feet. Included on this list were Calvin Klein’s lease for its flagship store at 654 Madison Avenue, and Van’s lease for its flagship store at 140 West 34^th Street.  The Calvin Klein lease deal appeared as # 5 on the list, at 25,318 square feet, and the Vans lease deal was # 23, at 10,601 square feet. Olshan represented Calvin Klein, and Vans on these transactions.
