Olshan Client Claremont Group Launches 101 Wall Street Sales

The Real Deal reported that Claremont Group has completed its conversion project at 101 Wall Street, renovating the 25-story office building into 52 high-end residential condominiums. Sales launched June 2nd and the layouts are from 700 square feet to over 2,300 square feet with pricing ranging from $1.1 million to $6 million. Olshan Real Estate attorneys Thomas Kearns and Alexander Ferrini represented Claremont in the termination of the office leases, the construction loan, the offering plan and the construction contracts.
