Bradley L. Radoff Reaches Agreement to Enhance Board Diversity at TETRA Technologies

Olshan client Bradley L. Radoff reached an agreement with TETRA Technologies, Inc. pursuant to which TETRA Technologies agreed to appoint an ethnically diverse director candidate to its Board of Directors and that two incumbent directors would not stand for re-election at the upcoming 2021 Annual Meeting. The company further agreed to accept the retirement of the current Chairman of the Board prior to the 2022 Annual Meeting and to appoint an additional diverse director candidate to fill the resulting vacancy or to contract the size of the Board at such time. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Bradley L. Radoff in connection with his investment in TETRA Technologies.
